Return Policy
General
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@empoweryourrhythm.co.uk or via the contact form on the contact page. We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
Return Period
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement and return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without stating any reason.

Conditions for Returns
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in the original condition and packaging, must be returned to Empower your Rhythm. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for return.
Refund
We will refund the full order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has already been received in good condition.
Return Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, or if the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Exceptions
Products that have been customized or personalized especially for you cannot be returned.

Warranty Conditions

These warranty conditions apply to all products purchased from Empower your Rhythm. By making a purchase, you agree to these conditions.
Warranty Period
All products sold in our online store come with a standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
What Is Covered by the Warranty
The warranty covers defects attributable to manufacturing or material faults. This includes, among other things:
- Breakage or cracks not caused by impact.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
The following situations are excluded from the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- The customer has repaired, modified, or altered the products themselves.
- Damage caused by accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or other external factors.
- Products that have been modified or repaired outside our service network.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
If you notice a defect or problem with your product:
- Please contact our customer service within the warranty period with a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, clear photographs.
- Our customer service will provide instructions on the next steps, such as returning the product for inspection.
Warranty Handling
After receipt and inspection of the product:
- If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge or issue a refund.
- If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you of any possible repair costs or other options.
- The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after the returned product has been received and assessed.
