These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through the online store of Empower your Rhythm. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Method

We use various carriers for our deliveries. When possible, you will receive a track & trace code once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your package.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is currently 1-3 days. Estimated delivery times are stated on each collection and product page.

Delays

If there is any delay in delivering your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If delivery takes longer than agreed and you do not wish to wait for a new delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order.

Delivery

The carrier will not contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Your order will be delivered to your specified delivery address without prior appointment. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will provide further instructions, such as leaving a delivery note or arranging a new delivery attempt. Additional delivery costs may apply for redelivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will ensure an appropriate solution.

International Shipping

For international shipments (outside the UK), different rates and delivery times may apply if applicable. These will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
